About The Position

New Stream Media is seeking a Senior Vice President, Commerce & Retail Media to lead and scale our commerce and retail media capabilities. This role is responsible for shaping strategy, driving operational excellence, and partnering closely with clients, media, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class retail media solutions. The SVP will serve as a senior leader within the Commerce & Retail Media practice, helping guide investment decisions, forecasting, resource planning, and go-to-market innovation across retail media networks. You will report to the EVP, New Stream Media.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in media, commerce, retail media, or digital marketing, with significant leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise in retail media networks, commerce strategy, and performance media.
  • Proven ability to lead complex forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning efforts.
  • Strong executive presence with experience managing senior client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating at the SVP or equivalent senior leadership level preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Commerce & Retail Media practice within New Stream Media, setting vision and strategic priorities aligned to client and business growth goals.
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on retail media network strategy, activation models, and measurement approaches.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to evolve offerings, tools, and operating models within commerce and retail media.
  • Own senior-level client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic partner across retail media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with retail media networks, platforms, and publisher partners to strengthen partnerships and unlock new opportunities.
  • Represent New Stream Media in business development efforts, senior level external meetings, thought leadership sessions, and industry conversations.
  • Work closely with Media, Analytics, Strategy, and Client teams to ensure seamless delivery and strong performance.
  • Partner with leadership across Amplifi and broader media teams to align commerce initiatives with enterprise priorities.
  • Support internal planning forums, check-ins, and governance meetings related to commerce and retail media initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop senior leaders and team members within the Commerce & Retail Media practice.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that balances innovation, rigor, and client service excellence.
