Senior UAT Analyst / Business Test Lead

We are seeking Senior UAT Analysts / Business Test Leads to execute hands-on, scenario-based UAT for a state human services modernization initiative. This role focuses on validating eligibility determinations, case workflows, and business outcomes in close collaboration with state program staff. This is a business-facing UAT role, not a technical automation-only position.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on UAT execution experience
- Comfort working directly with business users and agency stakeholders
- Experience working in large, structured delivery environments (public sector or large SI programs - e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, Conduent, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to support onsite or hybrid work during active UAT periods
Nice To Haves
- Prior UAT experience on eligibility, benefits, or case management systems strongly preferred
- Experience supporting SNAP, TANF, Child Support, Child Care, or similar programs
Responsibilities
- Execute UAT scenarios aligned to real-world eligibility and case management workflows
- Validate system behavior against business requirements, policies, and operational expectations
- Document, track, and retest defects through resolution
- Participate in defect triage discussions with UAT leadership and system integrator teams
- Support UAT readiness activities, test data preparation, and execution coordination
- Work directly with state agency SMEs to validate usability, accuracy, and outcomes
- Use client-provided tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, etc.) for test execution and defect tracking
