About The Position

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a highly qualified Training and Exercise Manager (Senior) to support Air Combat Command (ACC) intelligence readiness and unit support operations at Langley AFB. This role provides critical analytical and operational support to ensure intelligence units maintain mission readiness and are postured to support Agile Combat Employment (ACE) and wartime operations. In this capacity, you will deliver Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the Government, supporting unit readiness assessments, intelligence operations integration, and enterprise-level coordination across ACC and Higher Headquarters (HHQ). You will play a key role in identifying readiness gaps, analyzing trends, and driving improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. This position requires extensive experience in Air Force intelligence operations, readiness reporting, and coordination across multiple functional areas to ensure mission success.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Air Force intelligence operations and readiness assessment processes.
  • Experience with Unit Readiness analytical tools, TTPs, applications, databases, and web-enabled capabilities.
  • Experience supporting Agile Combat Employment (ACE) and Intelligence Enterprise operations.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and functional areas.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Bachelors Degree (required)
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in intelligence operations, readiness analysis, or related field
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Air Combat Command (ACC) or other MAJCOM intelligence programs.
  • Familiarity with AFFORGEN cycles and unit readiness reporting frameworks.
  • Experience with Inspector General (IG) inspection processes and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Contingency Intelligence Networks and reach-back operations.
  • Experience supporting intelligence working groups, forums, or enterprise coordination efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide unit and force-level intelligence readiness support across ACC units using analytical tools, TTPs, databases, and web-enabled systems.
  • Conduct staff assistance visits, unit engagements, and readiness assessments; deliver written After-Action Reports (AARs) within five duty days.
  • Lead unit-specific readiness assessments and synchronize inputs across ACC staff, HHQ, and partner organizations.
  • Analyze Inspector General (IG) and unit self-assessment data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain situational awareness of unit readiness issues and provide intelligence updates to A2 unit-support platforms.
  • Support ACC intelligence forums, including working groups, synchronization meetings, and leadership courses.
  • Assist in development and enhancement of Contingency Intelligence Network capabilities (deployed and reach-back).
  • Support updates to ACE CONEMP annexes and align readiness efforts with AFFORGEN phases.
  • Coordinate with Senior Intelligence Officers (SIOs) and Senior Enlisted Leaders (SELs) on Unit Funding Requests (UFRs) and FoJ funding execution.
  • Track and manage after-action items from engagements and working groups using enterprise systems (e.g., EPMS).
  • Participating in ULI Targeting Forums and GEOINT-related meetings, providing analysis and feedback.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with MAJCOM and NAF staff to support enterprise intelligence readiness efforts.
