Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of progressive compensation experience
  • Proven track record in building job architecture frameworks
  • Expert-level proficiency in compensation benchmarking
  • Experience with Workday HRIS (Compensation module)
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • 3+ years of benefits administration experience
  • Understanding of equity compensation in private companies
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in compensation and benefits
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate complex concepts
  • Interest in leveraging technology, specifically AI, to drive efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain a scalable job architecture and leveling framework
  • Lead comprehensive market benchmarking initiatives for compensation
  • Provide compensation guidance to business leaders on offers and promotions
  • Conduct compensation analysis and produce detailed reports
  • Develop and refine compensation philosophy, policies, and guidelines
  • Manage compensation review cycles and ensure alignment with company values
  • Oversee administration of benefits programs including health, dental, and retirement
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers to ensure service delivery
  • Create engaging communications about total rewards programs for employees
