Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Requirements

• Solid understanding of testing process and execution
• Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
