About The Position

The Senior Technology Operations role is responsible for overseeing estimation, monitoring, and control to ensure successful delivery of medium-complexity projects. This position leads cross-functional coordination, manages risks, and influences stakeholder consensus through effective communication and business acumen. The role requires expertise in financial management, technology landscape awareness, and planning. By fostering collaboration and applying best practices, the incumbent supports continuous improvement and operational excellence, driving impactful business solutions that meet organizational goals and enhance overall program health. About the team: The Infosec Product Team leads product lifecycle management with a focus on aligning solutions to customer needs and strategic objectives. This team collaborates closely with business, technology, project, and leadership groups to develop secure, customer-centered products. Members of this portion of the team will focus on efforts to optimize our organization wide product portfolio. The team fosters clear communication and cross-functional engagement to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance security and customer experience. Their work ensures continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals in a dynamic environment. What you'll do: Lead planning efforts to ensure successful project completion within scope and timelines. Monitor and control progress, coordinating cross-functional meetings to address risks, and dependencies. Build stakeholder consensus through clear, concise communication and influence using data-driven insights. Understand financial aspects including budgeting and cost monitoring across multiple products. Define goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives, assigning responsibilities and milestones. Support stakeholders by translating business needs into actionable solutions and process improvements. Foster collaboration and maintain compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage project effectively.
  • Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and build consensus.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and monitoring costs
  • Proficiency in agile methodology, project planning, and change management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
