About The Position

Role summary: The Senior Technology Operations role is responsible for overseeing program estimation, monitoring, and control to ensure successful delivery of medium-complexity projects. This position leads cross-functional coordination, manages risks, and influences stakeholder consensus through effective communication and business acumen. The role requires expertise in financial management, technology landscape awareness, and program planning to align projects with strategic objectives. By fostering collaboration and applying best practices, the incumbent supports continuous improvement and operational excellence, driving impactful business solutions that meet organizational goals and enhance overall program health. About the team: Our team leads enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs and projects, delivering secure and scalable solutions for authentication, authorization, access governance, and identity lifecycle management. We collaborate with technology and business partners to ensure timely and appropriate access while managing complex project schedules and resources. The team drives program planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. By leveraging technical design and automation, we enable efficient project execution and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals and operational excellence across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity.
Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to ensure timely delivery.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage project health effectively.
Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and build consensus.
Experience in financial management, budgeting, and monitoring project costs within a program.
Proficiency in agile methodology, project planning, and change management.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

Lead program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation efforts to ensure successful project completion within scope and timelines.
Monitor and control program progress, coordinating cross-functional meetings to address schedule, risks, and dependencies.
Build stakeholder consensus through clear, concise communication and influence using data-driven insights.
Manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost monitoring across multiple projects.
Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives, assigning responsibilities and milestones.
Support technology domain stakeholders by translating business needs into actionable solutions and process improvements.
Foster collaboration and maintain compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
