About The Position

As a Senior Technology Operations professional, you will lead and optimize technology processes to ensure seamless operational performance across the organization. About the team: The Senior Technology Operations team plays a vital role in advancing Walmart’s revenue capabilities by designing and optimizing sales tools and systems. This team collaborates closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Engineering, Product, Learning & Development, and Sales Strategy & Enablement to ensure solutions meet supplier and partner needs. Focused on driving productivity, compliance, and data integrity, the team supports the long-term success of revenue operations. As part of Data Ventures, the team leverages data-driven initiatives to empower merchants and suppliers with actionable insights, enabling informed and timely business decisions.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in project management with a track record of successfully leading complex technology operations initiatives.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, DocuSign, Cirrus, sales productivity, and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow).
• Strong product knowledge relevant to technology infrastructure and operational systems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Experience managing large-scale technology operations within a dynamic corporate environment.
• Ability to analyze operational challenges and develop strategic solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Solve ongoing production issues and support users.
