Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and product hiring in a fast‑paced, product‑led technology organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior Product and Engineering stakeholders as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions with data, market insight, and sound judgment.
  • Strong understanding of product and engineering roles, team structures, and Agile delivery models, with the ability to translate technical needs into effective hiring strategies.
  • Advanced sourcing expertise, including hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and talent intelligence tools, and a track record of building long‑term talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high‑impact searches simultaneously.
  • A collaborative, team‑first mindset with the ability to positively challenge the status quo, bring energy and fresh perspective to the recruiting team, and actively contribute to a highly engaged, high‑performing TA culture.
  • A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a passion for continuously improving how hiring is done—not just filling roles.

Responsibilities

  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for complex roles across Product, Engineering, ML/AI, Data, Security and other technical domains, supporting teams building and evolving Kinaxis’ core platform and capabilities with the ability to flex into other business units when needed.
  • Proactively source and engage high‑impact technical talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and relevant technical communities.
  • Deliver an exceptional, high‑touch candidate experience while balancing speed, quality, and inclusivity across all stages of the hiring lifecycle.
  • Use recruiting metrics and pipeline insights to identify risks, influence decisions, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of global Talent Acquisition practices, including process improvement, tooling adoption, and knowledge sharing across the recruiting team.
  • Partner deeply with Product and Engineering leaders to understand roadmaps, delivery timelines, and capability gaps, translating business priorities into clear, competitive hiring strategies.
  • Lead intake and calibration conversations using market intelligence, talent data, and role benchmarking, advising on scope, level, location, and hiring trade‑offs in a competitive tech market.
