Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of recruiting experience (or Master’s + 6 years)
  • Direct experience in government contracting and defense industry recruitment
  • Proven success sourcing and recruiting cleared candidates (TS, TS/SCI, TS/SCI with Polygraph)
  • Deep understanding of DoD clearance pipelines and security requirements
  • Expertise in recruitment compliance, OFCCP/EEO laws, and audit readiness
  • Proficient in building strong relationships with hiring managers and technical leaders
  • Skilled in ATS tools, Boolean sourcing, and technical recruiting strategies
  • Comfortable operating independently and driving results in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage recruitment strategies and programs for highly cleared positions
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, ensuring compliance with government contracting regulations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical job requirements and workforce planning
  • Source and engage cleared engineering talent nationwide, including TS, TS/SCI, and TS/SCI with Poly
  • Identify top-performing advertising and outreach channels to reach passive and active talent
  • Promote employer brand to potential candidates and external partners
  • Build and maintain pipelines of cleared technical talent for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, and coordinate technical assessments
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and negotiate competitive compensation packages
  • Manage agency relationships, including performance feedback and collaboration on niche searches
  • Provide regular recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to leadership
  • Ensure alignment of staffing efforts with program execution and business goals
