About The Position

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting in technical domains such as Engineering, Data Science, or Product.
  • Proven ability to close high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical acumen to assess candidate skills and communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and non-traditional channels to attract passive talent.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build credibility.
  • Team-first attitude with adaptability to changing priorities and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and maintaining high data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake and sourcing to assessment, debriefs, and offer closure.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies and nurture campaigns to engage passive, top-tier talent across multiple channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to calibrate candidate profiles, set standards, and guide selection decisions.
  • Conduct structured behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations to ensure long-term candidate success.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and funnel data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a high-touch candidate experience and representing company culture at every stage.
  • Manage offer strategy and negotiations to align candidate expectations with internal guidelines and market data.
