Responsibilities

Spearhead end-to-end hiring using advanced AI tools within cloud environments.
Design the recruitment technology stack , implement automation workflows, and ensure seamless ERP integration for all talent acquisition processes.
Architect and structure a next-generation job portal , including modules for applications, resume parsing, chatbots, scheduling, and analytics.
Build and maintain API bridges between the job portal, HRMS/ERP platforms, and external job boards.
Analyze hiring data and metrics to continuously optimize AI sourcing strategies .
Ensure robust security frameworks , role-based access, and complete audit logging across integrated systems.
Design and integrate a full-feature Applicant Tracking System (ATS) into the ERP ecosystem.
Implement AI/ML models for candidate screening , ranking, and predicting job-fit scores.
Manage integrations with Outlook/Google Calendar , technical assessment tools, payroll systems, and collaboration platforms.
Ensure GDPR, EEOC, and data-privacy compliance across all recruitment technology operations.
