We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help support hiring across our engineering organization at Current. This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting top technical talent, with a primary emphasis on backend and mobile engineers. You will develop and execute robust sourcing strategies that target both active and passive candidates, leveraging data and metrics to continuously optimize our recruitment process. Design and implement data-driven sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify and attract highly skilled talent. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and create impactful sourcing plans. Engage technical candidates across multiple channels, using innovative approaches and leveraging your network. Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Serve as a positive ambassador of our company and culture to all candidates. Analyze recruiting data and metrics to measure performance and drive ongoing process improvements. Leverage and maintain data reports, utilizing insights to inform recruiting strategy and decisions. The base salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000.
