What we're looking for The ideal candidate has experience in technical recruiting, ideally within AI or DeepTech startups, and a proven track record of hiring researchers and engineers in highly competitive talent markets. They have successfully scaled teams in high-growth startups or technology companies and bring strong sourcing skills, including deep expertise in niche AI talent networks. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities evolve quickly and adaptability is key is essential. What you'll do As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for creating a hiring strategy that matches our ambitious technical and growth objectives in the immediate, medium and long term. Then you will execute on that strategy, pivoting along the way to meet the needs of a dynamic startup.You will recommend clear closing strategies for elite candidates and carry through from start to finish the process to bring world class Research, Engineering and Technical talent to Odyssey.
