About The Position

Tailored Management is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact, technical roles supporting Fortune 500 and technology-driven clients. This is a highly consultative, autonomous role where you’ll act as a strategic partner to both internal teams and candidates—driving hiring outcomes through market expertise, relationship-building, and exceptional delivery.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success recruiting for mid- to senior-level technical roles
  • Experience managing complex requisitions in client-driven or fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence hiring strategies and deliver results

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for complex, high-level technical requisitions
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on role scoping, talent availability, and compensation expectations
  • Partner closely with Recruiting Leadership and Client Delivery teams to align on hiring strategy and candidate progress
  • Deliver market intelligence on talent trends, competitive landscape, and compensation benchmarks
  • Source and engage mid- to senior-level technical talent using proactive and innovative strategies
  • Evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, experience, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates, positioning Tailored Management as a trusted career partner
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed insights and coaching tailored to senior-level expectations
  • Manage the full candidate experience, including feedback, follow-ups, and offer stages
  • Lead offer negotiations and guide candidates through onboarding
  • Manage multiple high-priority requisitions while meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development and best practices
