About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who is passionate about finding exceptional talent in the competitive fintech and custom software space. You will own full cycle recruiting for technical and consulting positions from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at a firm where the caliber of our team is our competitive advantage. You will not just fill seats, you will shape the future of Praxent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within a software consultancy, fintech, or professional services firm.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for software engineering, UX/product design, or technology consulting roles.
  • Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse; comfortable managing complex, multi-stage pipelines.
  • Strong interviewing skills evaluating both hard skills and values fit using structured frameworks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; you can articulate Praxent's value proposition clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, not a transactional recruiter.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and consulting roles: software engineers, UX/UI designers, and Delivery Leads (product managers and fintech consultants).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, define ideal candidate profiles, and align on evaluation criteria.
  • Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Conduct structured screening interviews assessing both technical competency and alignment with Praxent's CAN/DO core values.
  • Lead and coordinate Praxent's WHO interview process, our rigorous biographical interview framework ensuring consistency and quality at every stage.
  • Manage high-volume, multi-stage pipelines with precision, keeping candidates and hiring managers informed throughout.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles in financial services technology.
  • Represent Praxent's employer brand authentically and compellingly to every prospective candidate.
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source quality) and use data to continuously improve processes.
  • Collaborate with People & Operations to refine onboarding handoffs and ensure new hires feel welcomed from day one.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive compensation benchmarks, and talent strategies in the fintech and software consulting space.
