Your efforts include: defining talent needs, sourcing and prescreening candidates, partnering with hiring managers, insuring a smooth and fluid process, and identifying closing strategies for offers. You proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible. You want to change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment.
