About The Position

Hippocratic AI is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter with a specialized focus on Software Engineering, Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models to join our team on a contract basis. This role will primarily focus on sourcing and attracting top talent for Software Engineers as well as cutting-edge ML and NLP projects, including the development and deployment of Large Language Models. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support our technical teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on sourcing ares such as Software Engineering, ML, NLP, and Large Language Models roles.
  • Deep understanding of Software Engineering, ML, NLP, and Large Language Models concepts, technologies, and applications.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including online platforms, Boolean search, and social media.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with technical candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top ML, NLP, and Large Language Models talent.
  • Candidate Identification: Proactively source and identify potential candidates with expertise in ML, NLP, and Large Language Models through various channels, including online platforms, academic networks, conferences, and industry events.
  • Engagement and Outreach: Utilize effective outreach methods to engage with potential candidates and generate interest in our opportunities.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for technical roles.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for ML, NLP, and Large Language Models positions, ensuring a steady flow of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ML, NLP, and Large Language Models recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
