Full Cycle Recruiter will work with both candidates and clients. This allows you to control the success and deliver high quality professional and executive-level candidates while advancing SEUâs brand across numerous markets and professional communities. A wide degree of creativity, just-in-time and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.

Requirements

Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environment
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organization
Experience recruiting internationally
Strong organization skills, and the ability to delegate, where applicable, certain aspects of the recruitment process i.e., interview scheduling and sourcing
Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment â¢ Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques
Effective communication and listening skills
Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities

Responsibilities

In addition to recruiting candidates for our existing clients, our Recruiters develop new clients by establishing relationships with key hiring managers in the market to understand their companiesâ growth strategies and related hiring needs.
Manage the full cycle recruitment process from initial role briefing through to offer stage
Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline
Ongoing communication with hiring managers to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Provide consultation to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
Partner with clients to understand their strategic hiring needs in order to effectively fill their open positions
Under our guidance, develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy to uncover the most-qualified candidates for our clients
Conduct confidential interviews of qualified candidates
Present short-listed candidates to clients
Manage and facilitate the negotiation process
Develop and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships
Research and develop leads for future business development
