About The Position

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a full-time Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the organization. In this 6-month contract role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers across departments to find and hire top-tier talent.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably within high-growth or tech startup environments
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for functions across a business organization
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Extensive experience with ATS and scheduling tools, ideally Greenhouse and GoodTime
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise and influence hiring partners
  • Commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, applicant review, scheduling, screening, interviewing, and closing top candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and develop effective, inclusive hiring strategies
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Noom’s values and mission
  • Leverage data and insights to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the broader People and Talent Acquisition team to drive consistency, equity, and excellence across hiring practices
