We're looking for a Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to help us rapidly accelerate hiring for key engineering roles at Sprig. This is a full-time, 6-month contract with the possibility of converting to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. You'll play an essential role in building our engineering team by sourcing, engaging, and closing exceptional talent. You'll deliver high-quality candidates quickly, with a strong emphasis on outbound sourcing, sharp filtering, and keeping hiring managers aligned and unblocked.
