About The Position

Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for managing the projects in Technology & Innovation service line. TPM will develop and execute project plans with a deep understanding of technical requirements and influence stakeholders and cross- functional team members to drive to successful outcomes. The TPM will exhibit strong management skills as well as make individual contributions and will contribute to a highly collaborative and integrated culture across the organization. The TPM must be a flexible, motivated, and able to work independently within the frameworks provided Job Description:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field required.
  • More than 10 years related work experience required in project management and/or software development /system management experience.
  • Knowledge and experience using basic and intermediate project management tools and techniques
  • Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, define, and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules/deliverables; establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of project/program. (essential)
  • Oversee development of integrated testing, validation, development of training materials, and the conduct of the training (essential)
  • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones (essential)
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects (essential)
  • Define, identify, secure, and coordinate internal and external resources and expertise, as appropriate, for the program/project implementation (essential)
  • Drive functional and technical specifications to completion, engage effectively with key stakeholders, identify and set success criteria and have a full understanding of the project life cycle. (essential)
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiative (essential)
  • Facilitate the project team discussion to define the process for identifying and documenting issues in a project and recommending corrective action. Takes the lead in the issue resolution process and identifies project priorities when resolving issues. (essential)
  • Communicates the status of issue management activities to project team members and organizational stakeholders. (essential)
