About The Position

CTG is seeking a Senior Technical Project Lead to support critical telecom applications and lead order management & orchestration initiatives. This role involves collaborating with Operations, Product, and Development teams, resolving complex issues, and guiding technical project delivery. AT&T experience is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • Telecom order management & service delivery workflow expertise.
  • Strong client communication and project leadership abilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Azure basics, MongoDB, SQL, JSON, SOAP, Unix, and Temporal workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success supporting telecom applications and leading technical teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior AT&T experience.
  • Deep understanding of critical telecom applications and orchestration processes.

Responsibilities
