About The Position

As a CACI-Technical Project Lead, you will serve as the lead of a threat analyses and strategic planning team supporting 389th Military Intelligence Command in direct support of 1st Special Forces Command, US Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will be responsible for delivering all-source intelligence support and expert-level targeting analysis to inform decision-making across multi-domain operations. Advises on the development and refinement of targeting methodologies and analytical pathways to enable integrated planning and synchronized operational execution across land, air, sea, space, and cyberspace domains. Represents the organization in engagements with key mission partners, including CSUs, TSOCs, GCCs, IC, and IA partners, to ensure unity of effort in multi-domain targeting. Produces and presents detailed threat assessments and targeting intelligence products to senior leaders, General Officers, and Distinguished Visitors, while identifying trends in adversary activities and vulnerabilities to illuminate operational opportunities for cross-domain effects. Develops partnerships to foster collaboration, exchange best practices, and enhance targeting tradecraft, while mentoring junior analysts and managing contract personnel to ensure all mission requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • A bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience, an associate degree and 15 years of experience, or 20 years of relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
  • Experience in targeting analysis and organizing global intelligence operations.
  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.
  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
  • Experience conducting multi-domain analysis supporting Theater Special Operations Commands.
  • Experience in a deployed environment as an intelligence targeting officer supporting SOF.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain interface with senior levels of Customer organizations and consult with Customers to formulate and review plans and deliverables ensuring conformity with program and project task schedules, costs, and contractual obligations.
  • Review technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and Customers.
  • Keep both Customer and the Contractor management abreast of issues, risks, and accomplishments.
  • Gather customer requirements and hold technical exchange meetings.
  • Provide status updates to the customer.
  • Provide mentorship to junior level All Source, SIGINT, CI/HI, CTF, and HUMINT Targeting Analysts.
  • Serve as an embedded Intelligence Analyst if required.
  • Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in target development of various threats and actors globally supporting SOCNORTH Requirements.
  • Leverage and deliver the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
  • Conduct all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.
  • Teach, coach, and mentor supported SOF unit intelligence personnel to master these activities.
  • Supervise other Analysts, Planners, and Integrators in the development of a range of operations and intelligence products as well as material and training solutions.
  • Shift work is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational requirements dictate.
  • Maintain readiness and availability to respond to emergent situations outside of normal business hours.
