Title and Summary Senior Technical Program Manager Who is Mastercard? Mastercard is a global technology company in the payments industry. Our mission is to connect and power an inclusive, digital economy that benefits everyone, everywhere by making transactions safe, simple, smart, and accessible. Using secure data and networks, partnerships and passion, our innovations and solutions help individuals, financial institutions, governments, and businesses realize their greatest potential. Our decency quotient, or DQ, drives our culture and everything we do inside and outside of our company. With connections across more than 210 countries and territories, we are building a sustainable world that unlocks priceless possibilities for all. The Payment Networks Technology Strategy, Risk, and Compliance team partners with product, engineering, and operations teams to embed risk, regulatory, and control excellence into how products are designed, built, and scaled—turning compliance from a checkpoint into a competitive advantage. Role Overview - Run centralized intake and triage (“single front door”) for risk, audit, and compliance requests to increase transparency, prioritize effectively, and align work to shared Payment Networks objectives. - Translate regulatory and control expectations into actionable delivery plans so teams can move faster, reduce rework, and avoid surprises while staying aligned to TRAC’s “control-by-design” posture. - Support ongoing maintenance of risk profiles and control assurance testing for services/products in production, enabling sustained readiness—not just point-in-time compliance. - Build and govern shared resource libraries and job aids that reduce repeated effort across audits/regulatory interviews/assessments, and standardize “how to respond” content with clear guidance (audience, speaking points, and boundaries).
