About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, organization-wide technology programs that drive strategic innovation and operational excellence. This role reports into the senior leadership team and partners closely with engineering, product, security, and business stakeholders to deliver transformative initiatives with global impact. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will shape and execute highly visible technical programs from vision to delivery. You will influence roadmap prioritization, mitigate risks across initiatives, and guide cross-disciplinary teams toward achieving strategic goals. You will serve as a key leader in aligning business needs with technical execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. This position operates within a Big 4–style environment, requiring leadership across large, matrixed teams, strict governance models, and enterprise-grade delivery standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or technology strategy roles.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional programs that span multiple business units and technical domains.
- Deep understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and modern engineering best practices.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive clarity and results.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
