About The Position

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (Enterprise Adoption) to oversee the enterprise adoption and integration of our security, networking, and technical requirements with complex, high-value B2B2C clients. As a champion of strategic execution, you will coordinate internal workstreams and drive cross-functional teams to deliver integrations and modifications to Apex’s enterprise standards, partnering closely with client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of program management experience in enterprise environments; fintech, financial services, or complex enterprise technology solutions preferred.
  • Proven history of leading large-scale, multi-domain integration and adoption programs with major clients.
  • Hands on experience with enterprise security, networking, and technical integration requirements.
  • Expert knowledge of project/program management methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, Gong).
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills, able to influence priorities and drive complex, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent client relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; capable of transforming complexity into actionable execution.
  • Financial acumen—experienced in managing budgets, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting.
  • Ability to thrive with ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Applied AI for automation and accelerated program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex enterprise integrations for security, networking, and technical requirements across large B2B2C clients.
  • Own the integration of new client needs, coordination of internal workstreams, and driving alignment and execution against Apex’s enterprise requirements baseline.
  • Serve as primary stakeholder for both internal and external enterprise adoption initiatives; facilitate communication between teams, clients, and leadership.
  • Monitor and report on integration progress, budgets, and resource allocation; proactively manage program risks and escalation paths.
  • Pursue continuous improvement and professional development for team members through coaching, mentorship, and training.
  • Drive change management and influence cross-functional priorities within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
