Let’s talk about the role The primary role of Senior Technical Program Manager is to manage end-to-end cross-functional delivery of software program / projects in the Digital Platform space. Key deliverables include requirements gathering, documentation, scoping, defining goals/deadlines, resource allocation, tracking budget and implementation. Management of projects in accordance with the ResMed Quality Management System. You will partner with teams across the Digital Platform group, whose mission is to increase the speed of innovation through platforms that enable seamless development and management of intelligent digital services. You will drive complex, high-impact initiatives for the Customer Identity pillar, partnering across Platform Engineering and Product teams to deliver secure, scalable identity capabilities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and sponsors across multiple geographies. Facilitate project and program-level processes, drive execution, escalate impediments, manage risks and help foster continuous improvement across projects and programs. Define project scope, set schedules, and ensure regular and timely delivery of value to end customers. Address resource constraints, dependencies, and timing challenges while syncing efforts across teams. Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business commitments and sync points across teams. Manage and communicate the implementation of significant changes to planning objectives, schedules, and product configurations to internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, highlighting accomplishments, plans, and any issues across assigned programs. Perform work in a specialized area requiring a deep understanding of fundamental principles, themes, and concepts. Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
