About The Position

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, your mission is to turn problems and gaps into the capabilities of tomorrow. You will be responsible for defining capabilities and partnering with engineering counterparts to deliver and operate them. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and define the product roadmap to ensure our offerings meets those needs. As a part of a growing team, your responsibilities will include: Product Strategy: You will help shape our cloud roadmap by translating customer needs into scalable capabilities, tools, and processes. This role partners closely with customers and sales teams to gather signals, lead requirements workshops, and advise on solution design and deployment. You will collaborate across engineering and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and maximize business value. Architecture: You will help mature the cloud architecture, identify opportunities for design optimization, and ensure our cloud is positioned to scale. Communications: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining regular communications about the status of our cloud and upcoming developments. Team Collaboration: You will pull stakeholders together to align on a shared vision, working with a talented and diverse group of PMs, Developers, and internal teams that rely on our services to be successful. Ability to engage colleagues across a large, diverse, and distributed organization to drive decisive action that delivers results for expanding the market for Azure across international boundaries. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years' experience in product/service/project/program management or software development or equivalent experience
  • Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not, now or in the future require employer sponsorship
  • 6+ years of software development, product management, or technical program management with a strong track record of shipping products and services
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity
  • Ability to work successfully across a complex, highly matrixed environment
