You will thrive in this role if you are: A Pragmatic Leader: You excel at turning high-level strategy into tactical plans and championing thoughtful trade-offs between speed and long-term platform health. A Strategic Translator: You understand top-level business objectives and can translate them into a clear, prioritized roadmap for your engineering team. An Accountable Owner: You take deep accountability for your platform's success, reliability, and security, partnering with engineering to define and track key metrics like SLOs. A Collaborative Hub: You're an exceptional communicator who aligns engineering, stakeholders, and leadership around a shared vision and clear progress. Resilient & Adaptable: You navigate ambiguity with confidence, viewing shifting priorities as opportunities to learn and innovate.
