About The Position

We are building autonomous mobility from the ground up. Our Fleet operations are an integral part of building towards live service. Within it lies Base Operations and Mission Readiness, responsible for maintenance and repair of our robots. An exciting time at our start-up, with heavy demand on our fleet of robots. Daily, these robots are deployed to conduct missions ranging from stability testing to running live routes. To ensure the fleet keeps functioning at peak performance; Technicians and Fleet Service Engineers rely on hardware and software products. As a Product Manager for Operations Software, you will: Help build the tools our Operations teams need. Steward a software product line, curate its roadmap. Work closely with Design, Engineering and Technical Program managers, to refine and prioritize features and requirements. Help define metrics that measure the health and performance of these systems. Launchpad product development/push to start: Go through a list of around 40 service start-up checks and work with partner teams to identify which can be eliminated and which needs to be automated. Create requirements for engineering teams to automate functionality, develop, test and release. Launchpad supervisor view: As we add multiple depots and pit stop locations, the MR supervisor needs to be able to see all the locations and robots across locations to be able to manage charging and startup processes across all. The supervisor will no longer be in location with all their team members and we need to adjust the view and build tools for them to remotely manage their teams.
