About The Position

As a Senior Technical Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical execution of innovative programs, bridging product, R&D, and business teams. You will manage beta deployments, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure seamless implementation of complex solutions in design and evaluation environments. This role requires translating product requirements into actionable technical plans, resolving challenges, and supporting the maturation of products into scalable, production-ready solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and commercial teams to gather insights, optimize workflows, and enhance operational and product effectiveness. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to influence both technology strategy and real-world impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical experience in IT, software, data, or healthcare, with hands-on involvement in complex technical programs, system deployments, or product validation.
  • Technical foundation in engineering or sciences, demonstrated through academic degree or relevant certifications.
  • Ability to design, understand, and optimize IT/software architectures, adapting solutions to diverse operational and workflow requirements.
  • Strong familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem, including IT infrastructure, clinical environments, data flows, and relevant standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and executing complex technical initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical and commercial stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Radiology IT and EHR systems (PACS, RIS, HL7, FHIR) is a strong advantage.
  • Business acumen or familiarity with commercial considerations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical execution of beta programs, including design, validation, deployment, and optimization of new products.
  • Coordinate with Product and R&D teams to translate beta requirements into clear technical plans and architectural decisions.
  • Implement and integrate technical solutions in beta environments, ensuring smooth workflows and reliable performance assessment.
  • Develop tailored solutions to validate product value, overcome implementation obstacles, and support product-readiness milestones.
  • Engage with technical stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and ensure accurate understanding of product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to translate insights from beta deployments into repeatable processes and commercial readiness.
