In this senior leadership role, you will drive enterprise growth by building and managing high-value strategic partnerships with top-tier brands, agencies, and social platforms. You will play a critical role in defining the company’s enterprise positioning, driving measurable impact, and establishing the organization as a trusted partner in the social media and influencer marketing ecosystem.   • Develop and execute enterprise partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and strengthen market position.
  • Identify, prioritize, and engage top-tier brands, agencies, and social media platforms for high-impact partnerships.
  • Lead complex negotiations, structuring deals that deliver value for both clients and the organization.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise needs and drive adoption.
  • Build and scale repeatable sales and partnership frameworks to optimize pipeline velocity and partner satisfaction.
  • Represent the company externally at industry events, conferences, and client engagements as a thought leader and brand ambassador.
  • Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably within SaaS, martech, or the creator economy.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing large, complex enterprise deals with brands and agencies.
  • Deep expertise in social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy, with strong industry relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling partnership or enterprise sales teams and implementing repeatable processes.
  • Exceptional executive relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate industry insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) for data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to work remotely in North America while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Competitive base salary ($175,000–$225,000, commensurate with experience) plus significant uncapped commission structure.
