We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to play a key role in scaling high-performing engineering teams within a fast-paced, security-focused technology environment. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for highly technical roles, partnering closely with leadership to define hiring strategies and deliver exceptional talent outcomes. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, leveraging data, market insights, and proactive sourcing to attract top technical candidates.   • Design and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies aligned with business growth and technical hiring needs.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized engineering roles, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with leadership to define hiring priorities, forecast needs, and report on recruiting KPIs.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding efforts.
  • Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system while maintaining accurate recruiting dashboards and metrics.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and culture alignment.
  • Promote the organization’s reputation as a top destination for technical talent and continuously improve time-to-hire.
  • 7–12 years of experience recruiting for technical roles in fast-paced technology environments.
  • Proven expertise hiring senior-level engineers, including hands-on experience recruiting Golang engineers.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and candidate assessment practices.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and applicable labor regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and comfortable operating in a remote-first, high-growth environment.
  • Competitive base salary range: $162,000 – $192,000 annually, based on experience and location
