The team is responsible for shielding the company’s systems from security risks, while designing technology strategies that enable AIG’s businesses to achieve their goals. AIG’s Information Technology functions include enterprise architecture, software and systems engineering, cybersecurity, and technology risk and compliance. About the role Senior Technical Lead is needed with strong expertise in Java, TomEE, SQL, and related technologies to join our dynamic and innovative IT business shared platforms team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading technical initiatives, helping with development of IT components, guiding the development team, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions as well as supporting existing solutions that are deployed across the globe. Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Rally, TomEE, SQL, Angular and AWS Cloud technologies will be essential for effectively managing project delivery, service integrations, Cloud architecture, and database interactions. Good knowledge of Data Stage Data Stage for ETL processes and data integration is preferred. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of the Global Complaints and Payment Card Industry (PCI) components to address regulatory requirements. to support strengthening current platforms to enable sustained compliance with global/local regulatory requirements related to E2E complaints management and PCI compliance. Knowledge of insurance domain and expertise with deployment of SaaS solutions will be a bonus.
