About The Position

CACI’s Automated Remediation and Asset Discovery (ARAD) team is seeking an experienced and skilled IT Senior Technical Coordinator support for our team and customer in ensuring the smooth coordination of asset discovery and automated remediation activities across the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise systems and configuration, team leadership, and extensive experience with enterprise operating systems and Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) tools (e.g., WSUS, MECM, Intune, Tanium, Tenable, Axonius, etc.) as well as experience managing government IT security requirements.

Requirements

  • Active SECRET security clearance; ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
  • 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
  • Experience with conducting enterprise level discovery of systems
  • Experience managing and/or leading IT teams in a professional environment.
  • Subject Matter Expert for enterprise operating systems and COTS asset discovery tools (e.g., WSUS, MECM, Intune, Tanium, Tenable, Axonius, etc.).
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex IT environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience working with federal government agencies.
  • Knowledge of additional automation tools for IT asset discovery and remediation.
  • Familiarity with change management processes in enterprise environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination activities between the ARAD, and other operational communities.
  • Liaise with other departments and external parties to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
  • Ensure the coordination of asset discovery and remediation activities, leveraging tools such as WSUS, MECM, Intune, Tanium, Tenable, and Axonius.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team to resolve conflicts and ensure collaboration.
  • Manage and document coordination efforts, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on coordination processes and tools.
  • Develop and maintain coordination plans and schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with coordination activities.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to improve coordination processes and tools.
  • Demonstrate technical innovation in supporting business objectives and mission.
