Senior Tax Attorney (Part-Time)
About The Position
Phillips Lytle is looking to expand our talent within our Municipal Finance Practice. We represent a wide range of issuers and borrowers on sophisticated municipal finance/bond transactions on a national scale. The Municipal Finance Team seeks to hire a part-time or hourly contract Attorney (Albany, Buffalo, Chicago, New York City, Rochester, Washington, D.C. or remote from any location in the United States) to handle federal tax aspects of both general obligation borrowings as well as conduit revenue bonds, including both 501(e)(3) and exempt facility issuances. Hourly rate for this position is $250-$350 per hour. Actual pay may be adjusted based on location, experience, or other job-related factors permitted by law. NOTE: PHILLIPS LYTLE IS NOT WORKING WITH ANY SEARCH FIRMS IN CONNECTION WITH FILLING THIS POSITION.
