We are on a mission to find a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team! Reporting to the Recruiting Team Leader, the Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical and specialized talent to support PNNL’s mission. In this position, you will source and interact with potential candidates, build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, set up interviews as applicable, manage the candidate database and track conversion metrics. The Talent Sourcer partners closely with recruiters and hiring leaders in the laboratory. They will bring strong sourcing expertise, curiosity about PNNL’s research environment, and the ability to operate effectively in a compliance‑driven organization. As the Talent Sourcer, you will be innovative in the use of sourcing techniques to develop diverse talent pools, use data to provide market and talent insights, and serve as a trusted strategic partner. This position is On-site/Hybrid - Richland, WA preferred!
