As a Senior Talent Sourcer within PNC's Talent Acquisition & Outreach organization you will be based in Colorado. This role will specifically support Retail Banking, which may include Branch, Business Banking, Mortgage and more. . Candidates will have a strong background in cold calling/blind outreach, be able to incorporate various sourcing methods and provide high-level communication to partners and candidates. Preferred candidates will have a background in sourcing within the financial services industry. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Supports business objectives by providing proactive and creative solutions and processes for attracting and recruiting talent.
  • Proactively designs sourcing strategies and solutions that that attract and recruit passive talent that meet current and future business needs and talent strategies.
  • Uses various tools, technologies and strategies to source prospective job applicants.
  • Manages candidates and prospects for effective pipeline generation.
  • Gathers and reports out on talent sourcing data and competitive intelligence, including geographic, industry and labor market data to create a sourcing strategy aligned with business needs.
  • Leverages HR technology resources to gather leads, assess qualifications, refer quality leads and support measurement on performance objectives, and build relationships with pipeline candidates.
  • Leads effective strategic sourcing of diversified talent pools through consultation of line of business partners and HR representation.
  • Manages and maintains relationships with external recruiting agencies when engaged to support sourcing activities.
  • Maintains strategic relationships with the recruiters to ensure consistent messaging and implementation of the Talent Acquisition and Outreach strategy.
