Position Summary & Responsibilities Logos Space is seeking a Talent Researcher / Sourcer to support our growing Talent acquisition team. This role will be critical in building high-quality pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill technical positions.This role is expected to operate at a “talent intelligence” level, combining research, data analysis, and strategic insight to inform and accelerate hiring decisions. This individual will focus on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and identifying top talent, enabling recruiters to focus on candidate engagement, interview management, and closing. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
