About The Position

Logos Space is a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite system purpose-built to serve the connectivity needs of the commercial enterprise users and government users. We will help fill an important gap in the market, providing resilient, high-performance satellite-based connectivity services to enterprise and government customers worldwide. Business customers have contracts with agreed-upon performance standards for their broadband, and Logos will build these capabilities into the system from the beginning. Speed and reliability are the foundation of the system. Logos is designed to extend cloud and data center network connectivity anywhere in the world to fixed, seaborne, and airborne terminals. Logos is led by a team of highly experienced engineers with proven track records in the networking and satellite industries. Position Summary & Responsibilities Logos Space is seeking a Talent Researcher / Sourcer to support our growing Talent acquisition team. This role will be critical in building high-quality pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill technical positions.This role is expected to operate at a “talent intelligence” level, combining research, data analysis, and strategic insight to inform and accelerate hiring decisions. This individual will focus on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and identifying top talent, enabling recruiters to focus on candidate engagement, interview management, and closing. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, and talent research, ideally in technical or engineering environments with a specialization in avionics
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Expert-level talent intelligence and sourcing capability across complex technical domains (e.g., RF, avionics, distributed systems), with demonstrated ability to identify non-obvious talent pools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights (e.g., talent availability, compensation signals, geographic clustering)
  • Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • This person will need to have the ability to anticipate needs and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong analytical and research mindset with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Proficiency with advanced sourcing techniques and tools such as Boolean search, X-Ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates across technical disciplines, including engineering, software, RF, and other specialized roles
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned to priority hiring needs
  • Build comprehensive talent maps for critical roles (e.g., RF engineering, satellite systems), including: target companies, team structures, key talent clusters, competitor landscape
  • Develop role-specific sourcing strategies grounded in data (e.g., where talent is concentrated, how competitors hire, likely compensation ranges)
  • Market research briefs summarizing talent availability, competitor hiring patterns, pipeline datasets and recommended sourcing strategies
  • Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Experience leveraging advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray, multi-source triangulation) and execute creative sourcing approaches with tools, such as Linkedin Recruiter, GitHub / Stack Overflow / technical communities
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS (Ashby)
  • Support outreach efforts and help generate candidate interest and engagement
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on market feedback and hiring needs
  • Use structured research methodologies to uncover patterns, trends, and insights in talent markets, including skill adjacencies, career pathways, and hiring signals
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Google X-Ray search, talent intelligence platforms, and internal data systems to identify and analyze talent pools
  • Develop clear, actionable deliverables including talent maps, market landscape summaries, competitive hiring insights, and pipeline health analyses
  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for hiring managers and leadership, helping shape sourcing strategies and prioritization
