About The Position

As a Sr. Talent Recruiter at EMR, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination, ensuring seamless and compliant hiring experience for a professional and nonprofessional workforce. In addition, you will help EMR develop its talent acquisition department by applying your knowledge and experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent years of experience
  • Five (5) years of experience with high-volume, full-service recruiting or human resources that included recruiting as primary function
  • Experience recruiting for frontline hourly workforce positions
  • Experience with ATSs
  • Experience using a variety of current, efficient, and cost-effective sourcing techniques and systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of vetted candidates with varying levels of qualifications and experience for high turnover, multiple incumbent positions for assigned business units/departments.
  • Utilize traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques and recruiting methods (e.g., job boards, networking, career events, social media) to attract active and passive job seekers that are cost-effective and generate a positive ROI.
  • Prescreen candidates based on role qualifications and desired experience.
  • Coordinate hiring manager interviews, collect candidate feedback, and utilize Applicant Tracking System (“ATS”) to manage and coordinate the day-to-day flow of information among key stakeholders, ensuring data is current and accurate.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and keep appropriate team members updated as to a candidate’s stage in the talent acquisition process.
