The Senior Talent Manager will join InspireNOLA’s Human Capital Leadership Team during an exciting phase of growth. The Senior Talent Manager will play a critical role in the growth of InspireNOLA Charter Schools by leading the recruitment team’s strategic efforts to recruit and select the “best in class” talent across our schools and network office. The ideal Senior Talent Manager will come to the position with a passion for recruitment and will lead the InspireNOLA’s efforts to innovate and broaden our current recruitment and cultivation strategies. The Senior Talent Manager will bring a love of recruitment data and will be deeply driven to constantly improve recruitment practices and processes. The Senior Talent Manager will execute the design and management of the full cycle recruitment process including recruitment planning, data analysis, goal-setting and course corrections, sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing, and new hire cultivation. The Senior Talent Manager will prioritize the overall candidate experience, work with a sense of urgency and continuously exemplify InspireNOLA’s core values. Further, the ideal candidate will be a data-driven professional, constant learner, skilled networker, a confident self-starter, and exhibit the ability to influence across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
