We are hiring a Senior Talent Development Specialist to design and evolve the end-to-end talent development, manager enablement, and skills architecture at Chainlink Labs. This role is focused on journey architecture, experience design, and enablement systems, with an emphasis on building scalable frameworks while also facilitating them as needed. The focus is on designing the frameworks, experiences, and data foundations that enable employees and managers to grow, build skills, and navigate careers in a fast-moving Web3 environment. Working closely with People, Business, and Functional leaders, this role translates employee career growth as a key lever to retention and business performance, into cohesive talent journeys embedded in the flow of work. The role operates with high autonomy, exercises independent judgment, and is accountable for outcomes that impact talent readiness, manager effectiveness, and long-term organizational capability. This is a senior individual contributor role. While there is no people management responsibility, the role requires thought leadership, cross-functional influence, and the ability to shape direction at an organizational level.
