RS&H is currently seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to support infrastructure engineering recruiting. As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, the Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process. This includes partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, as well as sourcing, screening, and selecting a highly qualified and diverse workforce. This role contributes to key recruiting initiatives and may support projects or programs that enhance recruiting effectiveness. Location: This position follows an in-office/hybrid model and requires being located within commuting distance to one of our major Central or Western Offices, with strong preference for St. Charles, Denver, Houston, Dallas, Austin or San Antonio.
