This position partners closely with various groups within our Research and Preclinical Development Organization, driving full-cycle recruitment processes and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our thriving organization. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist a typical day might include the following: Source, screen, and lead candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, providing an outstanding candidate experience. Build and sustain proactive pipelines for various Research and Pre-Clinical Development roles through varius search techniques, Talent Relationship Management tools (Beamery), and professional networks. Be responsible for candidate experience initiatives, ensuring consistent and high-quality touchpoints across the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, responsibilities, and draft compelling job postings that reflect organizational objectives and attract top talent. Partner with leaders across the various teams to implement recruiting strategies that meet each function’s talent needs. Outstanding stakeholder management with the ability to influence; you have a history of building trust and credibility with leaders Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices to continuously improve strategies. Handle candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and TRM system (Beamery). This role might be for you if: You are a self-motivated, industrious, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You excel at building rapport, balancing multiple priorities, and getting results. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Have at least 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the life sciences field. Experience working in a staffing agency is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for providing clear and insightful updates to candidates, colleagues, and business partners.
