Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales) As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take a key role in building and executing our Sales recruitment strategy for North America (US and Mexico). You will drive proactive talent pipeline development, with a particular emphasis on attracting and hiring exceptional sales and business development talent within a high-growth IT consulting space. You will partner closely with regional leadership to define hiring needs, craft search strategies, and advise on talent market conditions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence hiring decisions, optimise recruitment processes, and ensure our teams scale effectively with high-quality talent. Working within our global Talent Acquisition organisation, you will operate with autonomy in your region, owning all delivery. You will also contribute to global TA initiatives and implement improvements to elevate the overall hiring experience and employer brand.
