Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle, high volume, technical recruiting experience in a corporate setting.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Experience in utilizing and leveraging social media for recruiting efforts.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn, social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Experience tracking and effectively leveraging Recruiting data and metrics
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Experience closing technical candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail and data integrity
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and proactively source quality candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent by
  • Effectively utilize ATS and online recruitment tools to manage talent acquisition process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leverage knowledge of their hiring needs and search requirements to effectively match candidates.
  • Evaluate applicants’ skill and experience levels, screen/interview candidates, and arrange team interviews.
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
  • Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Provide a high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to onboarding.
  • Negotiate complex offers to close candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws concerning hiring and pay equity.
