This is a contract (non-FTE) role. You are expected to be able to synthesize and map talent pools, translate role visualizations into talent pool hypothesis and use LinkedIn recruiter and other boolean search tools to locate high quality active and passive candidates, bringing back names for our sourcing team to reach out to. This role requires ability to source fast, high-volume, high-quality, and screen well, utilize LLMs. You'll be tasked with generating names for a handful of open searches, reaching out to talent and screening them for the org. Searches will be across all levels and functions with emphasis at the Director, VP level and above.
