Requirements

  • Strong ability to sell opportunities and persuade candidates to join our team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with hiring managers and recruiters.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination and/or sourcing roles.
  • Sales experience required—ability to influence and close.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting and talent marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage top talent through outbound sourcing, social media, networking, referrals, and job board strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-priority roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants.
  • Serve as a talent brand ambassador by promoting our employee value proposition through content creation, social media engagement, and grassroots outreach.
  • Manage all administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and initiating background checks.
  • Organize phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings for multiple recruiters and hiring managers across service locations.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for data accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
  • Draft and post job descriptions aligned with market trends and business needs; collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles.
  • Assist in planning and executing recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring days to boost candidate engagement.
  • Partner with HR and field operations to ensure smooth onboarding and talent forecasting aligned with growth objectives.
  • Support DE&I initiatives by implementing inclusive sourcing practices and building diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, competitor practices, and emerging sourcing tools to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership on process improvements, technology enhancements, and recruiter training.
