The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across high-volume and specialized pharmacy-related roles. As the primary corporate recruiter on staff, this person will aid in leading and shaping all recruitment efforts including advising, collaborating, and partnering closely with the Human Resources department and hiring leaders to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment while maintaining budgetary compliance. The ideal candidate has deep experience in high-volume recruiting, strong operational recruiting skills, and preferably prior experience in healthcare, pharmacy, and/or revenue cycle management recruitment. Excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal leaders at all levels of the organization will be required.
